Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 September 2026

By using AirTalk you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Who can use AirTalk

You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for anything done through your account or device.

How to behave

AirTalk pairs you with real people. You agree not to:

Enforcement

Anyone can report a conversation with one tap. We may suspend or permanently remove accounts that break these rules, without prior notice and at our discretion. Serious matters may be referred to law enforcement.

Your safety

We don't verify anyone's identity. Treat strangers as strangers: be careful about sharing personal information, your location, financial details, or anything that could identify you before you're ready. Leave any conversation that makes you uncomfortable — that's what the hang-up and report buttons are for.

Your content

What you say and write remains yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to transmit and store your messages so the service works — for example, delivering a message to a friend's inbox. We don't sell your content.

Availability

AirTalk is provided as is, with no guarantee of uptime, call quality, or that a conversation partner will be available. We may change or discontinue features at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Conduct of other users

We don't control what other people say. While we moderate reports and remove abusive accounts, we can't guarantee anyone's behaviour, and you interact with strangers at your own risk.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use AirTalk after an update means you accept the revised terms.
